Revenant Saga is an RPG that tries to present many interesting ideas but struggles to leave of the way that is own to them in majorly successful means.

the overall game includes many staples for the RPG genre; but, the utilization of those tropes never ever feels as though any such thing past “surface-level.” From tale to fight to character customization, the beginnings of complexity and level flash for moments before dissipating and not completely realizing their possible. As being a whole, Revenant Saga feels as though a mediocre game which shouldn’t necessarily be prevented but ought to be approached knowing what to anticipate. (more…)
